| The Lotto Coach was designed and developed by
Dale M. Picou, Jr. Dale developed the site for a way for him
to pick lottery numbers instead of just pulling a "quick
pick" and now in Janurary 2008 decided to make it public
to help other people. The goal of the site is to give lottery
players a bit of an advantage. Currently players just choose
numbers based on their birthdays, lucky numbers and whatever
else tickles their fansy. This site gives the player a list of
figures and facts, helping them choose the next winner. The Lotto
Coach's goal is not to give the player the winnering number but
rather narrow the field. In other words, instead of a player
having to choose between 53 numbers, they can choose from 20
numbers. |

Dale M. Picou, Jr. currently attends the University
of Central Florida majoring in Information Systems Technology.
He also has an Associate Arts and Associate Science degree
in computer enginneering from Seminole Community College. He
has a true passon for technology and where it can takes us
from here. His main focus of study is on Networking and Web
Developement. Dale has been evolved in the web development
field for over 10 years now and plans to continue his grouth
in the field. He plans on graduating from the Univeristy at
the end of 2008. |
